Pour info : le 22/12/1956 deux gorilles sont nés en captivité (Columbus Zoological Garden, Columbus, Ohio).
Les « parents » (Baron & Christina) ont étés capturés vers la fin de l’année 1950 avec un autre gorille (Christopher) au Cameroun (French Cameroons) par Bill Said et sont arrivés à Columbus le 8 janvier 1951.
Extrait : "All three were in poor condition. They were suffering from severe upper respiratory infections and in addition Christopher had gunshot wounds in one arm and one leg." p. 95.
